We are a meal preparation & delivery service. We make eating healthy food easy, and we don't want you to have to think about it.We use all fresh products, and never frozen! Our customers know that any choice with us is a good one. Eating well should be that simple.

Your meals arrive fully cooked and fresh, never frozen and ready to eat. You only need to heat them up in the microwave, stovetop or oven.

Sourcing the highest quality ingredients isn't only about flavor, it's about a strong vetting process for the farms we work with and work only with those who have good, organic farming processes. We source the majority of our produce from local farms in California. Our menus are created based on what is seasonal and available. Additionally we source ingredients from food vendors and grocery stores like local Farmers Markets, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Mother's Market.

Our dishes will stay fresh 5-6 days. 

We recommend refrigerating all meals immediately after delivery 

Even though our meals taste best when eaten fresh, you can freeze them if you won't be able to finish all your meals

Yes, no subscription is necessary. You can order through A La Carte Section. If you do want to subscribe and simplify your busy schedule to subscribe to a weekly meal plan - no problem

We can certainly cater for you, whatever your dietary requirements. There is space on the order form to inform us of any allergies so please let us know when you place your order. If you are unsure or want to discuss a more bespoke package, please 

New menu will appear every Wednesday at noon we post our new menu for the following week. 

Yes, our minimum order for delivery is $50 per delivery day. To receive a delivery, you must order at least $50 for each delivery day (not a total order of $50 between both days).

If something comes up and you need to change your order, we are more than happy to help.

All cancelation with the full refund need to be made in 2 days after you place your order. All orders are non-refundable after 2 days from the order was placed.

For the MEALS delivery we currently serve Orange County California. If you live outside these areas please call us 949-502-4407 or email at info@happypenguinhf.com to schedule a delivery.

For the CORPORATE LUNCHES delivery made to Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel.

No, it is not necessary for someone to be home to receive it.Your meals are delivered in our chilled box that keeps them cold for 24 hours. You should refrigerate your meal is soon is possible. 

If you live in a building that requires access for the driver to get in, please specify your delivery instruction. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the accurate address but are stolen due to inability to access your home/building.

All containers rectangular microwavable comes with lids.

Lids are not oven/microwave safe. 

When using a conventional oven, place your container on a sheet tray and do not heat over 350 degrees or more than 30 minutes. 

Our delivery team will normally deliver to your doorstep, unless your unit is not accessible.  If your apartment or condo unit is not accessible, we will leave your order with the front desk, concierge service or leasing office and contact you.

On your next delivery, simply place your cooler bags on the doorstep or hand them to our drivers. Returning cooler bags and ice packs helps us to keep prices low and pass the saving on to our customer.We appreciate your effort in helping us to stay as sustainable as we can be
